Buyer and supplier contract directly, on their own terms, subject to the commercial arrangement agreed with us beforehand.
We act as the buyer-side intermediary. We take no margin on the goods and hold no sales agency with any supplier. After introduction, the buyer–supplier relationship is direct.

A buyer-side commission of 3% of the FOB goods value, on orders placed with a supplier we introduce. Agreed in writing before work begins, and charged on nothing else — no margin on the goods, no fee from the supplier.
